A little about me………

I discovered my passion for photography early. My grandfather always had a camera, and at 16, he gave me my own. Determined to follow his lead, I began by photographing family and my thirst for learning hasn’t stopped. Though I paused for a corporate career, my passion for photography never faded.

Building on that early passion, work travel let me document new cities and people. In my corporate career, I shot business headshots for small business owners, learning a new genre. After retirement, I joined a photo club and explored macro, landscape, and wildlife photography, but street photography became my main focus. Reviewing my portfolio, I found street photography stood out, so that’s what I share here.

Living near the ocean complements my focus on street scenes, as I enjoy capturing people by the water, where the blue sea brings calm. I also appreciate the architecture of art museums and cities worldwide.

Underlying all my work is a sense of gratitude. God blessed me with this form of expression. I don’t know why but I’m so glad for it. I love the click. I love holding a camera in my hand and seeing the world through the viewfinder. I love that feeling when you know you just captured something special. I hope you enjoy my worldview as I see it.
